Welcome to the South East Data Benchmarking Group.

The purpose of the group is to provide:

  • accurate and timely data to support self assessment and peer view
  • data and benchmarking support to specific south east region projects
  • support to Directors in the preparation of data for Ofsted and other inspection activity
  • a network for strategic managers and information and data professionals to develop regional benchmarking reports which support the SESLIP
  • a mechanism for data managers in the South East Region to discuss and provide feedback on data issues to the DfE, Ofsted, the Adoption Leadership Board and other bodies as appropriate.

 Current Activity:

The deadline for the current round of Adoption and Social care benchmarking data collections has now passed and these reports will be published in early June.

The Spring data collection for SEND Benchmarking has recently taken place and reports are currently being produced with a view to publishing at the end of May. A further SEND Workshop will be arranged following publication of the report, likely to be held in July.

All meetings to be held in the Longley or Bill Buck Room's located on the 1st floor at Crawley Library from 10am to 3pm.
