The SESLIP fostering group brings together operational leads of fostering practice from across the 19 SESLIP authorities. It includes fostering managers, recruitment, marketing and assessment leads and others working on fostering practice. 

The purpose of the group is to build relationships and share and improve practice across the South East local authorities.  The group meets each quarter and has standing items relating to:

• one LA sharing practice;
• mystery shopping results; and
• issues for escalation to the SESLIP DCSs.
