Interviews with Workforce Leads to share good practice

To gather and share examples of good practice, the SESLIP have been conducting a series of telephone interviews with Workforce Leads.

Lasting 30-40 minutes, the interviews are providing qualitative information to add to the benchmarking data we already collect.

Good practice gathered through the interviews will be shared on this website, at learning events and in the next stages of the Children’s Social Care Workforce Project.

Good practice from the following areas can be found via the links below on this page.

  • Workingham, Hampshire
  • Hampshire and the Isle of Wight
  • Windsor and Maidenhead

We will continue to add to these over the coming weeks.

If you would like to book a time for a telephone interview, please contact Mark Evans (details below)
